This Privacy Policy describes how TerraImm Inc. ("TerraImm," "we," "us") collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal information in connection with the FOIA Records Service described in our FOIA Service Agreement. This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of that Agreement.

2. Information We Collect

To prepare and file your FOIA request with USCIS, we collect:

• Identity information: full legal name, aliases, date of birth, mailing address, phone number, email address.
• Immigration-specific information: Alien Registration Number (A-Number), if applicable, and any other identifiers required by USCIS Form G-639 or equivalent.
• Signed authorization documents: your executed Form G-639 or other consent document authorizing TerraImm to request your records.
• Payment information: processed entirely by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. TerraImm does not receive, store, or process your full credit card number or card security code.
• Technical information: IP address, timestamp, and document version at the moment you accept the FOIA Service Agreement (used to record consent — see Section 1 of the Agreement).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected solely to:

• Prepare, file, and track your FOIA request with USCIS.
• Verify your identity and your authority to request the record.
• Communicate with you about the status of your request.
• Process payment for the Service.
• Comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to providing the Service.

4. How We Share Your Information

We disclose personal information only in the following circumstances:

• With USCIS, as required to file and process your FOIA request.
• With Stripe, solely to process payment.
• With service providers who support our operations (e.g., hosting, email delivery), under contractual obligations to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.
• As required by law, such as in response to a valid subpoena, court order, or government request.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to complete your FOIA request, respond to any related inquiries from you or USCIS, and comply with our legal and recordkeeping obligations. After that period, we delete or anonymize the information, except where retention is required by law.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, subject to our legal obligation to retain certain records related to your FOIA request. 8. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors without the involvement of a parent, legal guardian, or authorized representative acting on the minor's behalf.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website and/or communicated by email to the address on file. Continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
